    >How do we set up an account with your company?

    >How do we send you our superbills?

    Answer:
    You can send us your superbills through our fax-on demand dedicated
    number ONLY for our existing clients. Or you can scan your superbills and
    send it directly to our server if you have an internet in the office. Or send it to
    us via our secured email server or we can set up a fedex account and data will
    be picked up from your office.

    >What do you mean by full service medical billing service?

    Answer:
    It means, inclusive of the following:

  1. Medical Billing & Coding assistance
  2. Billing Secondary, Tertiary Insurance
  3. Patients Statements
  4. Checking on your Patients Benefits & Eligibility
  5. Request for Referrals, Precertification & Preauthorization
  6. Follow ups & Appeals
  7. Resubmission of denied/rejected claims

    >Do you accept a small and start up practice?

    Answer:
    Absolutely! No matter what your accounts' size is, it will be our pleasure to
    be of service to your growing practice! We even provide FREE support related
    to medical billing, superbills design and insurance participation for your newly
    set up practice.

    We even have had a provider who started with us with only one patient! --
    and she is still with us, her practice growing and we also grow with her
    practice!

    >How do you submit our claims to insurance companies?

    Answer:
    We submit your claims by electronic (insurance companies process time is
    within 72 hours after submission).

    We also submit your claims by paper if the insurance company is not capable
    of accepting electroning claims (takes up to 3 weeks to receive payments).


    >How much do you charge for your service?

    Answer:
    We charge you by minimum percentage based on reimbursements received
    (primary, secondary and patients statements) which is normally between
    5.5% - 8%. We also charge with a very, very low and minimal start up fee
    (which will cover database set up, initial research on your fee schedules, going
    over all your patients and putting them on our system).

           
      >Do we need to purchase a Software to avail with your services?

    Answer:
    NO. There is no software or any computer hardware to purchase.


    >Do you submit claims for Workers Compensation & No-Fault Cases?

    Answer:
    Absolutely! We are highly experienced in billing workers comp and no fault
    cases. We can work with your patients adjustor for maximum reimbursement.


    >Do you comply with HIPAA Rules and Regulations?

    Answer:
    Absolutely! one of our founders is a  Systems Engineer for 17 years who
    built our computer systems of highly secured, fully encrypted (SSL
    technology)  FTP site, website and our database security. We take your
    patients information VERY SERIOUSLY.

    We are committed to meet all the highest guidelines on HIPAA regulations and
    compliancy. We strongly follow all recommendations and compliancy guidelines
    by the OIG.

    >Do you receive our payments and claims reimbursement directly from
    the insurance companies? and or from the patients?

    Answer:
    Absolutely NOT-- all payments, EOBs and checks are sent directly to
    your office. We are not in direct contact with your patients even if we send
    "soft" patients statements. You are definitely IN CONTROL.
