You should be fine buying frozen Acai pulp, and dried Acai, but if you see somewhere selling pills or powders that offer all the health benefits of the real thing in one simple dose per day, then you should view such an advertisement with the cynicism it deserves.

It has a lot to offer as part of a balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle, and the list of Acai Berry benefits should be enough to persuade anyone that it’s a food worth trying. After all, how many other foods contain just 100 Calories per serving, and taste like blueberries and chocolate? That alone makes this lovely berry a winner in my book!
