The info you got isn’t offering you a job. They are going to try to sell you training and/or software to start your own medical billing business. It is pretty much worthless and they are just taking your money. The most important parts of the job they can’t train you on. It has to be learned through experience. Without experience in the field and a lot of contacts in the medical field you will never find a client. Even with real classroom training no medical billing service is going to hire you to work from home without a great deal of experience. There are real home based jobs available, but this is not one of them.
